Paraphrased: “All year you’ve been pushing, driving, working to gain ground. Why don’t you finish the year by maintaining and planning for next year? Work less, stress less, enjoy each moment more.”

Slow down to speed up, or slow down just to slow down. If you needed to hear something like that, you’ll know what I mean.

We have all seen the Michael Kitces' map...and it shows "what" the tech does in so far as which "category" it belongs to. An improvement I have been thinking of is to show what the tech does for the clients. What the tech allows the advisor to provide as a service to the clients.
