Happy Saturday!
Soooo, #1 according to who?
That would be me. And its just for today, things change quickly both in my mind and in this industry. :)
No, its not Redtail, Wealthbox, or Salesforce…
Let’s review the surveys:
Ok, so you might be thinking:
9.2 - Less Annoying CRM is #1 - well, to be honest, its actually pretty annoying - I think some die-hard users skewed this survey
8.8 - Advyzon is not a CRM, its a portfolio management tool… right? I’ll come back to that.
Let’s check the other survey:
It would help if this could be dynamically sorted by rating… oh well, market share is not what I’m looking at today.
9.17 - Concenter Services XLR8 - it’s an overlay, its not a CRM (for today)
8.36 - Advyzon
What?? Advyzon shows up 2nd on both - so is it a CRM?
I actually think the core of Advyzon is CRM… after all, CRM is the most adopted tool for advisors, and while Advyzon does do billing, trading, portfolio reports and all kinds of other stuff, the core of it is the Client Household record - and all the other contacts you might want to track.
So, believe it or not, Advyzon is the #1 CRM in AdvisorTech.
Who knew? I didn’t.
Ok, so by now, I’m sure you’ve heard of FinMate AI… and the 77+ other meeting note-takers for advisors. (77 is a guesstimate)
The question is… are you using an AI meeting notetaker yet? Do you plan to in the future?
What else is new?
And its time to wrap this up. So let’s finish with a list.
I like making lists and I like sharing my lists. So here’s a list of
My favorite tech:
Superhuman - email overlay (if you don’t get why its important, check out this overview at 2x speed)
Plenty - helping couples manage money (kind of the standard of UI for fintech IMO)
Prisidio - household digital vault (its like life insurance for your digital life)
Beehiiv - email newsletter (this thing you may be reading)
‘Til next time,
Joe
