10x is easier than 2x... Really?
Get a jump start on 2024 New Year's goals... In a research project.
Last Saturday I was driving for about 5 hrs, 2.5 hours each way. On the way to my destination, I listened to Tim Ferriss interview Sam Corcos on a podcast entitled: “The Ultimate Guide to 10X Delegation.”
Which got me thinking about Dan Sullivan’s book “10x is easier than 2x.” I have read “Who, not How” and “The Gap and the Gain”, but this 3rd book by Dan and Ben Hardy I had not read yet.
I decided to start listening to it on the way home.
In the podcast, Sam Corcos talks about “salon dinners” where he invites 6-12 guests to attend a dinner where they talk about one specific topic in depth over the course of dinner.
In the book, Ben Hardy talks about how going for a 10x goal is easier than a 2x goal.
Which got me thinking, what about a virtual coffee group over a specific timeframe to set 10x goals and then go after them and hold each other accountable to see if this 10x thing really works.
I’ve been mulling over this for 6 days now, and have solidified an action plan. Would you be interested in joining a group like this? Set an ambitious goal for 2024, a 10x goal, and then go after it in community.
It’s like a year-long:
Book club
Accountability group
Mastermind
Research project
Some members going after a 10x goal, and some going after a 2x goal… and we’ll see which is easier. There does have to be a control group after all, and some realists among the optimists.
I’m looking for 6-12 participants, fairly small time commitment, but a large “action” commitment.
If you’re interested, reply back and let me know!
To building “real” wealth,
Joe
